ACLU and NWIRP Win Landmark Naturalization Case in Washington State

In August, 2008, the ACLU and the NWIRP won a landmark, class-action lawsuit for individuals in Western Washington whose naturalization applications have been delayed for years due to security and name check delays. According to the judgment of this class-action lawsuit, over 300 individuals will have their application for naturalization processed in time to vote in the 2008 Presidential Elections.
