September 2008 Visa Bulletin Issued

The Dept. of State has issued the visa bulletin valid September 1, 2008. You will note that the EB3 and “other workers” categories are still unavailable. The EB2 category for India and China has advanced to August 1, 2006. To review the bulletin, click here.
