Tanille Royston is a Senior Associate Attorney and Team Lead at Badmus & Associates, where she brings extensive legal experience, strategic insight, and a commitment to client advocacy to her practice. Her work encompasses family, employment, and business-related immigration matters, as well as business law, allowing her to provide thoughtful counsel to individuals, families, employers, and entrepreneurs navigating complex legal challenges.

Tanille represents employers and employees before key immigration agencies, including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, and the Department of State. She combines strong legal analysis with a practical understanding of her clients’ goals, developing strategies designed to help them move forward with confidence.

A defining chapter of Tanille’s career came early in her professional journey when she was appointed Magistrate of the 68th District Court in Flint, Michigan from 2007 to 2008. There, she presided over municipal pre-hearing conferences and small claims matters, becoming one of the youngest individuals to serve on the bench in Michigan. This experience gave her a distinctive perspective on advocacy, decision-making, and the justice system—one that continues to shape her approach to practicing law today.

Tanille earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her law degree from Wayne State University Law School. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, Illinois, and Michigan. In 2012, she further expanded her professional expertise by earning her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certificate, strengthening her ability to advise clients on the intersection of immigration, employment, and business matters.
