The Department of State has released the May Visa Bulletin. Significantly, visa numbers from the EB3 and “Other Workers” categories are unavailable. The Department of State has stated that permanent resident cards from these categories will remain unavailable until October 1, 2009, the beginning of the federal fiscal year.
