The U.S. Department of State has released the November 2025 Visa Bulletin, which includes important updates on the availability of immigrant visas in both family-based and employment-based categories. This bulletin provides the final action dates and dates for filing, which determine when USCIS can accept I-485 applications or approve pending I-485 applications.
